Personally I think its a great idea. All the "normal" drivers limited to 70 and anyone who knows a good "chipper" laughing manically as they disappear into the sunset......

Why don't they focus their efforts on something useful?

If theyr going on about all this remote control -retro fitting jobby, why not develope a system where plod can cut power to the ecu of a car theyr chasing

Surely that's something everyone would actually be willing to shell out for and reduce crime and deaths
