Salazar's Prelude lives... thanks to Mills
Salazar's Prelude lives... thanks to Mills
Despite being such a low mileage car and engine of only 65.5K, the engine has suffered an oil pressure failure, more than likely due to a sticking oil pressure relief valve. I've had the car assessed at by Rich at Performance Autoworks, the engine is completely shot and the car is now in need of an engine replacement to live again. Of course the M2P4 gear box, light weight flywheel and ATR clutch are still all good as is everything else in the engine bay, but the engine internals are shot. I'll now be either selling her as a truly excellent condition donor car for an engine transplant or breaking her for parts to recoup some money. Needless to say after 5 years of ownership I'm absolutely gutted

Ok mate, noted. I don't know if the S2000 AP1 steering wheel will fit the 4G, although I don't think it does as there would probably be a fair few 4G's out there with them fitted if it did. Best to ask the forum.K30DPC wrote:Not good news mate. Sorry to hear about it.
