What a wonderful water quiz. (Tricky)
Good morning everyone, first up let me make clear that this quiz is not my creation and I do not claim ownership of the questions. This was sent to me by a mate in the UK just before Christmas last year and I did have a go at it. Some of them are murderously difficult and require some pretty surreal thought but I do think a lot of you guys will like it.
Be warned, it gets annoyingly compulsive!
The answers require some kind of ‘water’ theme in them and to help you, the answers are cued with the letters required to complete it correctly.
I’ll give you one as an example so you get the drift. Here’s the example:
Home of ‘Nessie’ (4, 4) Answer: Loch Ness
Right, off you go then…
1: Sung by sailors. (3, 8 )
2: A wet regiment? (4, 6, 6)
