Ok, I've been thinking about starting one of these for a week or so and I can't help myself I'm afraid :facepalm:
I partially blame our resident court jester for one of his recent posts.

ps anything from Nickelodeon etc. is strictly banned as being modern cheap badly animated bum droppings :P

So lets kick this off with a couple of my old favourites;

Possibly the best ever long running kids animation story ever? (I honestly don't believe a child in this day and age could take a single storyline that went on this long tbh - no attention spans anymore!)

This one for its mega funky theme tune;

Now some more random ones :lol:
Who knew an aspidistra and a teapot could be so dangerous? :scaredtoss:

And I have absolutely no idea why this one suddenly came to mind today :lol:

Not strictly a kids TV show (had a massive adult following too and was on in prime time evenings IIRC) but still;

(Yes, I could literally keep on with this... :oops: )

Trap Door is mega 8-)

My favourite episode was the one where they nail the trap door shut, and the big headed monster breaks through and starts transforming them into different shapes. I remember laughing so much at that episode when I was a little kid :lol:

I watched loads of Scooby Doo when I was little, I remember this thing scared the absolute jobby out of me:

Can't remember much else tbh which is kind of poor as I'm only in my mid-twenties :lol:

I remember loads there was obviously Scooby doo but there was also the hanna barbera version with a ghost from 1776 :lol:.
Trap door was always cool catch the pidgeon and wacky races, captain pugwash ,the tomorrow people, my personal favourite was sapphire and steel.
Hong kong phooey was another obviously transformers the hair bear bunch also from when Jamie was growing up there is biker mice pinkey and the brain (yes I know that was from nickelodeon) He man and loads more.
Going back to me there was the banana bunch and all the cartoons that went with that including Arabian knights.
