Bb1 wheel spacers

Post by Hagland_jr » Wed Apr 10, 2024 7:50 pm

Hello guys/girls, i am wanting to get spacers to put on my lude but not sure what fits best so thought id come here for the best advice. I have just ordered YSR coilovers for the lude aswell. Wheels are being colour changed next week too, they are being powder coated in twighlight bronze (matt). Happy luding everyone!

Bb1 wheel spacers

got any pics of the wheel colour :)
i have been offered wheel spacers for free a couple of times over the years but ive always turned them down as i want to improve high speed handling rather than go for looks. tbh the lude looks really good with 40 or 45 offset wheels (55 standard) and it doesnt seem to harm handling even on 4g with 4ws ;)

I just recently had to fit spacers to the front wheels on my 4g, after upgrading the front brakes to 300mm discs and ATR caliper/carrier combo.
Believe it or not, I just got them from eurocarparts!

I fitted two of those each side (so 6mm overall) to the front - that's with my aftermarket 17" rims (don't ask me what offset etc, I forget! ) but it looks good, keeps the edge of the wheel/tyre still nicely inside the bodywork.
I haven't fitted anything on the rear.

Blimey euro car parts actually do something for the lude😂

Mine are et40 so does that mean i can put 5mm spacers on the front? What would you recommend on the rear 10mm?

et40 should be as far out as you want to go if you have 4ws.
maybe someone else can advise on wheel spacers as I have never used any myself.

I run ET32 with 4WS, though this is with 16 inch rims and a fairly conservative ride height.
