I love car boots

Post by Vtecmec » Sun Jun 09, 2013 4:03 pm

I let the wife have a lie in this morning and so was up at 6, eventually we ran out of milk, after me and the boy had been guzzling tea and shreddies for 3 hours.

So out we popped to the local supermarket, just before I got there I realised that they weren't even open yet  .

No bother, I'll take him to the park instead, so down the road we went when I noticed that there was a car boot nearby.

Cool, I love browsing and bargains, managed to get the boy a cool dodge viper and a winnie the poo rug, total £2.

Pretty good I thought, but not as good as what was round the corner, a guy had some tools on a stand and I picked up these.....

All brand new and boxed, total cost......£23.50  :o 8-)

So, in all, a pretty good failed trip to the shops for milk. :D

:? What did the Mrs say when you got back and the tea you'd promised to bring her in bed turned out to be black and sprayed in her face?

Very nice. Couldn't imagine walking round a car boot sale and finding any lude parts!
