eurocarparts sale this bank hol weekend

Post by wurlycorner » Fri Aug 23, 2013 4:12 pm

So those of you planning on spending the bank hol weekend on/under your cars (like me lol) might be interested in this...

Just had an e-mail from eurocarparts about their big sale this bank hol weekend, up until Midnight Monday.
They normally have a sale on one line or another, but this time it's supposedly on everything (and they're open bank hol Monday)

e-mail quotes these savings;
Up to 35% off brakes
Up to 50% off wipers (so no excuse for me not changing them on the porka now)
Up to 30% off clutches
Up to 50% off brakes (so no excuse for me not changing them on the porka now)
Up to 30% off engine oils
Up to 30% off wipers

http://us1.campaign-archive1.com/?u=25e ... 4329743743

Strangely some of the example savings they quote are bigger than the numbers above though :huh: e.g;
escort pads 37% off, Bosch 16" blades 61% off, corolla clutch 45% off, Micra headlight bulbs 72% off, Castrol edge 43% off, Primera oil filter 62% off, so you might well get bigger savings than the numbers shown? (or of course, less!)

:think: pressure washer for £36.99...

EDIT:
smallprint says the prices in store might be different. So if you want to get something at the sale price but get it this weekend, you'd need to buy it online for 'click and collect'

This looks like a good deal, but I think actually all they're doing is pricematching their sister company carparts4less who have these prices all the time - at least it seems so form the brake bits I'm looking at.

cp4l even have additional discount codes you can use, so still work out cheaper!

Can you collect from the store if ordering from carpartsforless though, or is that online for delivery only?

Erm, no idea! I suspect they're online only, in which the ECP deals make sense if you want to pick something up this weekend.
