4th Gen Manual Gearbox Mount Bracket

Post by Vtecmec » Thu May 01, 2014 9:43 pm

Anyone breaking a 4th gen manual? I need this metal bracket, which'll need spot drilling off (or chop the bit of the leg off with and angle grinder and I'll do the rest).

Cheers

Found, well, ended up just ordering new from Honda, for the bargain price of £55. :|

:?
How comes you need that bracket replacing? Strange thing to have corroded enough to need replacing?

It's not corrosion (suprisingly :P ), previously mine was an auto, and some autos have a different bracket in this location (but not all apparently :? as I have only heared a few people mention it as an issue during a swap).

Anyway, when I did the auto manual conversion 8 years ago, I bodged the existing bracket to work, but its not really ideal and I want to do this properly when the gearbox is off (which it is now).
