I'm not working from home today, otherwise I would have been able to get something in the post today.
The spare engine I have at home is an H22A2 so no sensor, but i have a spare H22A at the barn. I could probably go over there tonight and take it off for you, I'm assuming it can go in a jiffy bag, so soonest I could post it would be tomorrow?
Also
I must admit I've never even looked at the knock sensor on an H22, help me out where it is/what it looks like?

they are the sensor above the oil sandwich plate which holds the oil filter and the coolant pipe along the back, here in black (sometimes blue or green as well)
