Hi am looking to get rid of my nasty after market stereo, I would like a standard Honda cd head unit, if any one has one let me know thanks

I think @RattyMcClelland was selling one a while ago - full DSP kit if I remember rightly (I nearly had it myself!) - but I'm not sure about whether or not it'll go in a 5th, or even if he still has it.. :?

Sold that year's ago.

Get an s2000 stereo if you want own. It lights up Amber like 5th gens.

Radio won't work as its US frequencies and the rear speakers won't work propperly unless you have acoustic feedback rear speakers.

Frequencies can be sorted by a frequency expander, can't they? (same as for JDM land radio's)

What's different about the acoustic feedback speakers?

No. Radio expanders are utter Tosh. I used them and you have to take 20hz of the UK frequency to find it.
Plus aweful sound quality.

Acoustic feedback uses a standalone dsp for the rears and microphones in the rear speakers to adjust the eq against road noise. Uses a mono output from the headunit iirc.

Hi there, I have an OEM Honda CD / Minidisc combo headunit (single din) mind condition if your interested? £40 its yours.
