Condenser? Easily available, had no problem finding it available from lots of online suppliers. I bought mine recently from eBay though (yes, new) because that was the cheapest option.
New dryer I haven't looked for, that might be more challenging.

Is there any difference between engine variants or all are the same?

im sure there is a difference in refrigerant or pressure in the system between ukdm and jdm - i might be wrong but had my ac replaced in my JDM BB4 with sytem out of a UKDM BB1 and it went pop days after it was fixed. so ac was removed altogether.

so id stick to getting parts from same model/year/country of origin and check with the guy who refills the system just to be sure ;)

There is no difference in condenser at all, throughout the years.

There is also no difference in the dryer that I am aware of - externally they are certainly all the same (I've just fitted a dryer off a 91 lude to a 95 lude). Potentially they might claim there is a difference in them for r12 cars and r134a (I have it in the back of my mind that the part numbers on the 2 were slightly different) but I can't think really what difference that would be in a dryer - or at least, what possible difference that would matter (needle size in the valve might be different???? But then you can run r134a in an r12 car, so again, not sure how that would matter).

If you want to look at some pics of these bits, have a look at my bb4 profile thread.

Vanzep, the key differences to some of the parts on the refrigerant system that I'm aware of, are between whether the car was built as an r134a or r12 car and whether built with abs or without (rather than jdm/ukdm).
Differences are the valve connection ports for gas add/remove (r134a ports are bigger than r12) and the innards of the compressor are meant to be different, to accommodate the different gas qualities (molecule size and lubrication properties) so that means seals and bearing surfaces.
The ends of the pipe runs where they enter the bulkhead of the car are different between abs/non abs. Abs is a straight/simple pipe bolted connection, abs has a manifold arrangement.
Pressure differences are down to which gas is in use - you have to run one at a higher pressure than the other, to achieve comparable results. Probably r134a is higher (guessing) because it is less efficient.
