This shows as being available
I've been looking for these bolts for ahes as I had to cut mine out.
These still show as being available but they're for the BB9 hence the different part number, I'm not sure if the 4WS geometry is any different but we don't generally add extra part numbers if we can can avoid it so I suspect they are different.

Not the same bolt as what the OP was after, but I managed to get a new pair of bolts (knowing my newly lowered 4WS 5G will need an alignment soon) from a guy in Poland for a not unreasonable price https://jarusnet.pl/52387-sm4-962 Although they haven't been shipped yet.

The part number for the 2WS bolt is 90167-S30-000

Here’s a good product I've just found on the Mister Auto app:

I found a supplier of camber bolts for 4th and 5th gen in Poland:
2ws 4th gen bolt kit
https://www.ebay.com/itm/175867168882?h ... Sw-UdkSVlu
4ws 4th gen bolt kit
https://www.ebay.com/itm/175687121627?h ... SwVCVkizYJ
2ws 5th gen bolt kit
https://www.ebay.com/itm/175715308145?h ... SwCstkSVls

unfortunately no 4ws 5th gen bolt kit is listed - i wonder if you can use the 4th gen ones on the 5th gen

It would be very, very unusual for Honda to have another part with exactly the same dimensions/specs listed under another part number - they're extremely good at updating their parts catalogue and superseding part numbers.
Just to expand on this, what I've found is that although Honda are indeed very good at updating their parts catalogue and superseding part numbers... That doesn't necessarily flow through to the catalogues available online. Older superseding does, more recent doesn't - I think this is part of the disconnect between the old parts system that the online sellers use and the newer dealer accessible system (which is why places like Lings etc. don't offer online parts catalogue access to the last couple of generation Civics for example).
It's only a dealer that has access to the full/live supersession of parts numbers.

Has anyone had any luck finding these now?

Sadly I had to cut two of these out today, even just the heads took a torch, a punch and the biggest hammer we had to remove from what was left of the sleeve.

Fortunately I know someone in Honda who's doing some digging for me, you can't get them in the UK anymore, but they are trying to find out if they can be sourced from Honda Europe.

This one looks very similar, not sure if it is dimensionally similar though.

Or perhaps this one for an S2000? The washer and nut look absolutely identical.
