Would love to come, but not sure my JoyRide will be ready by that time, when is the latest to book ticket and club stand pass? let me know, if anyone knows.

No problem. I've been badly slacking on the forum this year, so well due doing something!

You can just book the LG stand pass yourself anyway, so you'd only need to tell them you've done that and don't need the individual one now.

12:00 on 23rd September is the deadline - I'll add that to the info post.

They have said you can still buy tickets on the gate on the day, but they'll be more and won't get a stand pass.

Although for me it's easy to go down the m11 and go round east side of London m25.

One point to note for any that are coming from north of the Thames and aren't familiar with the area...

You will need to pay to cross the Dartford Crossing (M25 where it goes over the Thames) which isn't a toll booth, it's pay by phone/online up to midnight the day after.

(Or when you inevitably forget because you can't do it while driving and when you get to your destination your head is then completely on other things... you get a fine through the post.)

You can pre-pay - which might be worth doing, to avoid the forgetting/being fined later bit.

No need to set up an account, just need the reg of the car you'll be in.

By the time you pay the charge over the Dartford tunnel etc, you might as well meet up on the west side of M25 and go around there and meet me along the way.

I think I got the deadline wrong, people.

Looks like the last day to book a display pass for your car is Friday 17th September

You can still buy tickets online until 12:00 on 24th and then buy them on the gate, but not get a stand pass.
