This is why I haven't confirmed details as yet, as you'll have read on a previous page I have to leave at 7am on the Sunday, meaning everything I'm responsible for has to be packed away the Saturday night.

I'm still trying to work things out, before confirming the details.

@carrisma I appreciate you've paid already, if any plans change I shall refund you straight away.

Right, I know I posted this a while back, but going to need help from people this year.

If anyone has the following, please let me know so we can get this together. Also would be handy coming from those arriving on the Thursday and staying the whole weekend.

a) generator (of any size, a small one is better than nothing) - I can bring the fuel
b) sound system (again, not necessarily too big in case we only have a small genny)
c) BBQ - big enough for a few to cook at a time
d) Marquee/gazebo - the bigger the better! I could get the LG one from LLL, but it will be down to everyone else to dismantle on Sunday and then someone to take it home and store it!
