Right then guys, time to get payments in for this. Anyone else wanting to attend please stick your name down and get your payment in. We have space to comfortably fit around 20 in, so plenty left!!

Prices are as follows:

Arriving Thursday: £40
Arriving Friday or Saturday £35

Please note, this includes a £5 contribution to the club. It covers hire of a generator so we have electric (plus the fuel to run it!), all the charcoal we need to fuel the BBQ, and any extra plots we may need to fit us all in. Anything left over I will then donate into the kitty.

Please send payment to tickets@ludegeneration.co.uk as a GIFT to avoid fees.

Deadline is Sunday 23rd August.

Tickets are now e-tickets so they will be emailed to me. Once you have paid, please PM me with your email address so I can send you the tickets once they have been booked.

@kordafish - I believe day tickets can only be bought on the gate, and cannot be purchased in advance.

If you would like to join us for the day, turn up, pay on the gate and then come and join the stand. JAE doesn't require stand passes like many of the other shows, so you can get straight in when you've arrived :)

I think I am going to have to decline. I pick up keys to my new house on the previous weekend.

Day tickets for both Saturday and Sunday are £15 per person, if you turn up on the Saturday you can't drive your car onto a club stand but you can park it in their Japanese Day Car Display area if you so wish, however, you are able to drive on to a club stand if you arrive on the Sunday morning. :D

:? That's a new ruling? :? Sunday isn't so much cop for a day visit tbh. People stated packing up the stands about 11ish and heading off from mid-day onwards.

Had a read up on the website.
I reckon it's to stop people being cheapskates and buying just day tickets but staying over the weekend, which I guess is fair enough if they've had people take the body lemonade recently. I guess not all people are as honest as our visitors have been.
