We currently have the following dedicated track time allotted to our club (jointly with Bennys club - need confirmation who!):

SLOT T
Briefing Time: 2:00pm
On Track Approx: 3:12pm

Price is £33 each for the full 20 cars

This thread is for JAPFEST TRACKTIME discussion only.

Please only post if you intend on joining the dedicated Lude Generation track session, or if you have any questions regarding the tracktime session.

A dedicated track session is just that, dedicated to Lude Generation. We hire a 15 minute slot out on the day of Japfest. Only members from our club will be on track during that time.

A dedicated session costs £660 - this is "at cost" from the organisers of Japfest, the club is not making any money on this.

We can have a maximum of 20 cars so the cost will vary depending on how many people sign up. The costs PER CAR are as follows:

20 cars - £33
19 cars - £34.75
18 cars - £36.70
17 cars - £38.85
16 cars - £41.25
15 cars - £44
14 cars - £47.20
13 cars - £50.80
12 cars - £55
11 cars - £60
10 cars - £66

To make this happen, we need COMMITMENT from anyone wishing to sign up, not just interest, so please only do so if you're serious about joining the track time.

Please put your name below, also stating the maximum you're willing to pay for the track time so we can gauge when we have enough numbers to book.

If we have numbers, we will be looking to book this BEFORE Christmas, so also please ensure you have the funds available. Once we have confirmation of numbers, payment will then be requested on a VERY SHORT deadline so we can get this booked. There are only a limited number of club dedicated sessions available, so we need to get this in early.

I apologise for the serious nature of this thread, but we can't have 20 people say they'll do it, then 10 drop out and leave the others without track time.
