Im having pb contact with thebusofwoe :D

Realy thinking to get this block for my rebuild

But i can get a h22 here from a friend but its the 185 hp version

Can get this block for a realy low price with extra :

new type S pistons and rings
New h-beam rods
Skunk2 stage 3 cams
New cam wheels

I was just thinking

Take my block out of the type S

Put the h22 with his gearbox in the type S with my engine loom(type S) for lets say a year

Get the type s block from thebusofwoe and rebuild that with the extra parts of the h22

Than put the type S block in the type S and the h22 in my ed7 civic

Point is will it go with the type s wiring on a 185 hp h22

Laast weekend i put in a type S strutbar in my blue bb9

got it from mills :)

Only had to modify the topmounts because of the threats on the type s mounts

Only i have a coilover set

Coiloverset with oem mounts :)

wasnt the chrome rings standard on Uk ludes the JDM ludes came with titanium i could be wrong

Its possible that they were titanium

Some came with brass

If you swap ALL the electrical ancillaries on the H22A2 with the ones from your H22A8, yes (different OBD yo!)

:? Not sure how the 5g ECU will cope with an engine built to a difference compression ratio, though?

Also it will probably chuck a wobbler about not having ATTS connected?
(Ratty can probably confirm more on the latter...)

no Type S ecu will be fine without ATTS. Can be used on the h22a8 ludes to unlock powa

UK Ludes came with no rings at all, just the plain plastic. Black titanium was a JDM option, I have those in my 5G.

A knock sensor will need to be retro fitted to the a2 block as the a8 is the only UK Lude engine to have one.

I have nothing of an h22a8 haha

Mine is h22a atts and want to use this wiring and ecu on a h22a2

Just because i want to drive the car and rebuild an type s atts engine to keep the type S original
