So after "not" spending money on demon Tweeks a couple of weeks before I'm due off on holiday a small parcel arrived for me.
My short shifter arrived, fresh from Ireland. Thanks to @H22A special for this. :D

Looking forward to getting this installed.
Then yesterday I got a slightly larger parcel... Containing this mother load.
My much wanted OMP steering wheel. I've wanted one of these for a long time

No fakes here :D :D 8-) 8-) :D :D

Also got a proper boss. Feels nice and solid so it won't fly of while I'm driving.

Needless to say. Very excited for all this to go on.

So after going through the whole process of removing the old steering wheel. Disconnecting the airbag etc etc got to the position to put the hub into place and..... It does not fit

So will have to get it returned to demon tweeks. And purchase a new one.
Bit annoying, I do know though have an intimate knowledge of steering wheel removal. Though I spent a lot of the time worried the airbag would randomly go off

But thankfully it was all okay.
Got a good few pictures so I will do a proper write up once I have replaced my steering wheel.

I never knew Black Diamond did braided lines for the lude :)
upgrading brakes is money well spent imo 8-)

pity about the steering wheel - hope you can get a refund
ive got a small sports 300mm steering wheel and boss that came off my BB4 so i know if should fit ok but with it being from a BB4 it might need modified for the air bag and cruise control etc if you have them. anyway its here if you get stuck.
I have put my oem wheel back on - funny how things go full circle

Yeah they're find with me returning it.
They have a boss which should suit. But if not I will ask for yours. Cruise control will be disabled but 4WS won't be. Which is where I may face problems. But should be okay.

You did, but it's not a snap off one, so if that's what you're after now, that's fine.

No I'd prefer a solid one. Only got the snap off as it looks the most sturdy on the site.
I've pinged you a PM and text @wurlycorner so let me know :) still need to get those wind deflectors.
