I will be doing this soon yeh there very clean for a 4th ;)
I hit the limiter in my h23 vtec still didn't kick in

cheers guys.had been putting it of for quite a while but glad its now done.
i use 3M underseal . used it on all my cars and always happy with the results.

BMC CDA fitted

Finally refitted my BMC CDA and gave the rocker cover a quick paint with hammerite to tidy it up.looks much better than it did.
