I think it would look great if the rear wheel was 8" instead to match the front.

Yep, they look good.
Except for the back being wider with tyre stretch/rim exposed.

I actually like the rim poke, but I do still want to roll and pull the rear arches slightly, which would reduce it and allow an extra 10-20mm of drop on the rear. Thanks for the comments
