Re: Petee's Lude 4th Gen H23A
Picked up some electric folding mirrors for my Prelude.
Should make getting in and out the garage a lot easier. They're in need of a refurb but couldn't turn them down.
Will upload some pictures over the weekend.
Will be putting the car back into the shop soon to be tidied up in some areas. Then onto the winter jobs.

Re: Petee's Lude 4th Gen H23A
Purchased the most important modification/upgrade for my Prelude.

Of course these add many bhp and wow factor points. Haha
but will be proud to display these on my Lude!!
Also this is the last known picture of my Prelude. Used it on a clean day to drive to work for some enjoyment.
Driving through Milton Keynes and hoping over roundabouts is so fun.

Of course then it rained a bit and I got all angry.
I have a constant fear she will just crumble to rust in front of me. Even though she's well protected.
Anyway, I'm trying to find a place to do some of the winter jobs I want to do. Brake lines, bushings, fit air filter and some more bits.
Maybe Santa will bring me a bigger garage for Christmas...

Re: Petee's Lude 4th Gen H23A - Will she start....
So tomorrow I'm planning to run my Lude down to the coachworks to fix a couple of bits on her paintwork.
However, she hasn't been seen or heard in over a month... I am rather nervous to find her hostile and sedated.
In other words, will she bloody start?
Will the brakes be seized?
I'm keeping hopes for her a good start to my day. As I'd like to take her out for a small drive before I hand her over again.

I will also be getting the folding mirrors sprayed ready for installing onto her.

I did NOT know this. How straight forward is that?wurlycorner wrote:She will be fine![]()
BTW, you know you can swap the innards of the mirrors i.e. use your existing painted shells, no need to get some others colour swapped? (says he who hasn't got round to doing that for the last 2 years![]()
)
