still wants balance shaft delete and manual Tensioner also injectors going to take over to dnr and get them to use best bits of both to make 1 but looks like essentially I will have a Torboll kit to sell apart from intercooler!
Not sure mate Daz said they Should be able to To take car next month once they get into new place! But we will definitely have to give Them a run out together! Wanted to come and see urs at mimms but just had to much on!ddoubledanny wrote:mr_drc wrote:a lot less than it cost for him to have it builtddoubledanny wrote:![]()

Need to get our Ludes together one time I'm only down the road.when do you think it will be back on the road
I believe it is more for increased oil presure than peformance!wurlycorner wrote:How comes you think it needs balance shaft removal?
Curious, because (without any direct experience on these things) on a turbo build, I'd be surprised if it yields any benefit? I say that because so much of the power comes from the turbo, that I struggle to see how the balance shaft would 'hold it back'?
No its built ratty sleaved block CP pistons ect engine is out anyway as got to go in mine! It's not a definite yet on balance shaft delete!RattyMcClelland wrote:Balancer shaft removal is an engine out and open it up job. Not really worth the effort unless of course the engine is getting opened.
It this a built Accord engine or stock?
Blocking a couple of oil galleries that feed the balance shaft will make absolutely no measurable difference to the oil pressure on the rest of the engine IMO. There's a lot of BS that gets bandied around about these things and quickly becomes 'fact' on the internet...mr_drc wrote:I believe it is more for increased oil presure than peformance!wurlycorner wrote:How comes you think it needs balance shaft removal?
