He can move in with me.

Friday nights is Project Runway catch up. We can have a G&T and discuss my boy Tim Gunn's tie choice. Then I will make moussaka and we can discuss wenis stretchability before moving on to a nice Chilean white. Who knows after that.

Have stripped the o/s rear suspension down now ready for blasting and painting. Also checked the rust a bit more thoroughly - the sill o/s sill is pretty much intact except near the hole I'd already found, where there is now a much larger one  Oh dear, I suspect it will struggle to get through an MoT in its current state..!

I wonder if they'll notice if I just put the skirt back on...

You should be alright. My 4G once had a big hole in the exact same place and it passed MOT fine.

Yep, so long as the bottom and back are solid, with the skirt on I reckon it should pass. Always good to see updates on this lude and it's gradual progress back to being in the road 8-)

That's good to know. I just hope I don't find anything too much worse on the n/s when I strip it down, hopefully next weekend :)

Managed to give the arch a quick blast with the pressure washer and a coat of tetraseal, will sand blast and paint the bits I've removed during the week and get it back together before i strip down the other side...

nice to be making some progress 8-)
