I like the Type-S wheels, but they seem to sit inside the arches a bit - the Motegis look like they come out to the edge of the arches a bit more.

Boring update... got two new Kumho Ecsta tyres on the front as one tyre was fairly illegal. Also, worked out I got 28mpg out of the last tank of V Power, so very happy with that. Sleep tight....

Spent some time todaydoing get some cosmetic jobs on the Lude, improving the rear window rubbers and de-rusting the wiper arms and giving them a coat of Plasticote.

For the window rubbers I used P2500 emery cloth, followed by Autosol and then a polish with Mer and a coat of carnauba wax. It was very deeply pitted and some are still visible, but better than it was.

Found some unpleasant rust underneath the boot rubber, but I didn't have time to tackle it today.

Passed the MOT today, needed just a brake light bulb and a new horn.

Did Sam pop round and give you the horn?
