bittj82s BA8
bittj82s BA8
This is as everything got started,
bone stock BA8, blown engine, auto tranny, large hole in the drivers seat, long list of bad bits. But no rust on the whole body. Not bad for a 91.

Re: bittj82s BA8
Befor i got the car i didn´t even know that a light grey interior exists
unfortunately the seats were in a very bad condition, holes in the fronts, oil spilled on the back seats. Right now i have a red/black leather interior mixed with the grey dash and door cards.
Next step on the list was ripping out the F22 with the auto trans and swapping in an H22A5 with the edm BB1 M2F5 manual, modified the engine harness and used the dizzy from the F22. Also hooked up a H22A7 intake manifold with the 360cc S2K injectors and a cheap ebay stainless exhaust manifold. Was runnig fine on a jdm p13 ecu and some piggybacks.

Re: bittj82s BA8
Next step was electronics..
I took an Obd1 extension harness and soldered everything in, getting everything in that it looked clean was not that easy.
- Apexi Power Meter (250ps)
- Apexi Gen.1 SAFC
- Apexi Gen.1 RSM
- Data Systems Vtec Controller
- Trisport sequential shift light
- AEM uego wideband Lambda
- Bee-R Rev limitter

Re: bittj82s BA8
Thanks
theres a bit more electronics later, but the next step were brekes and suspension. everything what was on the lude was completely beat up, so i replaced everything with better and stronger parts
At first, did the 5-lug conversion, replaced all rubber with es urethane bushings, used tanabe sustec stabilizers, sway bars, tie bars, Megan racing toe arms, spc alignment camber correctors, K-sport coilovers and 330mm 8piston k-sport brakes in the front with goodridge braided lines all around

Re: bittj82s BA8
Yesterday i was in my shed and took some random pics how the lude actually sits.
For the german inspections i had to install the eu spec lhd headlights and wire up the adjusters and a rear fog light, used the oem switch of my old bb3 and a cheap aftermarket fog light, coes off after inspection anyway. As it was automatic adn f22 from factory, the gauges didn´t fit to the manual h22, so i wired up the el dials from a facelift bb4. Added some gauges in the a-pillar and buit a pod out of the middle vents, so now i got water, oil, exhaust temp, oil pressure, boost and voltage gauges. steering wheel is a 320mm raid, ice jvc doubledin head unit, jdm center speakers and woofer, audio system 165mm fronts and tweeters, flat 165mm hertz speakers in the rear with tweeters in the c pillar. Interior is the grey, mixed with Red/black leather out of a preface bb4. some more jdm bits are the preface air refiner, high brake light with prelude logo, window visors, front fogs with switch and intersection lights with loom and blackbox. Footwell lights are on their way from the us. Usdm red door card lights and rear positioning lights. exterior parts are a big pakfeifer wing and alternative a genuine mugen, schneider rear lip, modified accord coupe cd7 side skirts, Toyota rav4 scoop weldet into the bonnet, mugen front bumper and not yet finished, a replica of the jun front. Engine is still the H22a5, dc sports header, ebay intake, japspeed 2,25"catback and decat, complete jrsc kit running on 560cc evo injectors and a p28 s300 ecu. Some sets of wheels, OEM civic FK 7x17, oem 5th gen Motegi 7x17 and my loved advan sa3r in 17" 7in the front, 8 in the rear.
