Update;

My brother has relocated the type s to the local bodyshop.

1) Mugen sides, rear spats and spoiler. Plus JDM front lip to be sprayed and fitted.

2) Boot will also be de-locked and welded with new metal & Honda H badge removed.

3) Rear bumper needs respray as lacquer totally peeled away and paint cracked.

4) Dents on quarter panels and rusty arches removed with new metal welded.

5) Front bumper and wing mirrors will be resprayed too.

Been quoted £1650 in total.
What R people's thoughts on this price? Should I get my brother to barter harder, original quote was £1750

sounds good as long as the work is all metal not just filler and the paint is properly matched

Some pics a friend sent me of the Type S having the cosmetic makeover... I would have liked more pics..... It's a teaser.... This is week 3..... Been a complicated affair. But facetime on the iPhone's really does help with the long distance thing.
