My plan is to have this prelude as a daily drive and buy a VTEC as a track/show n shine car but still want the daily drive to be more than it is standard lol as for money it ant to much of an issue as iI'd be doing it over a period of time

Welcome to the club... I'd advise to get yourself some coilovers and deck it, some good rubber, and then you have an amazing handling ride... As for performance, turbo it !

can you advise any good manufactures of coilovers for the lude and also the best turbo kit and what other parts will be needed?

Welcome to the club.
yes, best performance upgrade for a 2.0 would be to turbo charge it I think.
Body kit wise, has the car got anything on it at the moment? If not, the oem Motegi kit is the best looking 'subtle' kit. Failing which the mugen front bumper looks great - you can pick up copies of that on eBay quite cheaply.
It all depends how larey you want to go? there are plenty of extreme kits out there for preludes :D

Car is stock standard atm, not looking for anything to big as there a lot of pot holes and stuff with where is live, council to lazy to fix anything lol, I seen some people say about upgrading the manifold and downpipe which can unlock a small bit of power increase in the f20a4 engine

Welcome to LG! I'd just stick with a few handling upgrades such as coilovers.

why wouldn't you advise upgrading the BHP as the engine doesn't feel enough for the weight of the car tbh I feel that even an extra 9/10 BHP would make a difference, or is it better to strip down to create less weight?
