Hi Guys. I,m another newbie over this weekend, 3rd gen 2.0l 4ws ex auto. have spoken to Honda Hardy in a previous life, crunchy ironically seems to be local to me, nice to be in the fold.
Quick question, I need a replacement radiator, all the sources I've tried so far point me to a Nissens 63341 as a suitable replacement, but the l/h/s auto fluid exit pipe is too long and obscures the engine subframe, unfortunately its not possible to take the good exit tube from mine and offer it up to the new rad as the Nissen threads are different. All other suppliers I've tried recommend the same item!!! I,ve seen illustrations which show the correct flush fitting exit elbow from a rad, but i'm unsure who the supplier is, any help would be appreciated to source correct new replacement or good secondhand that may be on the circuit. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, thanks for the welcome. Thanks for your replies thus far, crunchy, its me that's Southampton based, I've seen the red one a coupl'a times, I think it lives in Eastleigh, I'm in Townhill Park, had mine for 13 years now, largely trouble free years, tho' been off the road for 22 months, had to have several jobs done for M.O.T. and then busted my rad after a week back on the road!!! have you or any others had to replace this particular spec. rad before, as I'm struggling a bit.
Govinda at Lodge Road sourced the one from Nissens that turned out to be incorrect, he returned it without a quibble on Friday after trying to get it adapted to mine to no avail, a supplier in London had also recommended the same wrong item as well.
