Rust under Spare Wheel
Lo All
While I'm waiting for the gasket's to arrive I thought I would stick some kitchen paper below My rear lights inside the boot to see if they get wet.
Had some rain and one piece got wet.
So now I know that water is getting in on My passenger side light cluster
Cheers

Lo All
I fitted My new rear light gaskets today.
When I removed the old gaskets from the light assembly I noticed that the gasket wasn't sitting on the fixing bolt collar's but had been stretched over them and was sitting behind them
This is wrong isn't it ?
I have refitted them with the new gaskets resting on top of the collar's.
Can someone please confirm this is correct please
Cheers

I refitted mine on top of the collars like you have but the old ones were behind them. The boot has been dry since they were fitted over a year ago.

Yep, shouldn't be stretched behind, should be sat over.

Rust under Spare Wheel
My whole car is flooded at the moment,
I’ll post some pictures up later but it’s so scary.
Removed the whole carpet, all the seats and the whole bolt cleared out. Couple of bungs are missing so need to find the replacement.

Lo All
Found loads of water in boot again today
Once dried out the only area I could find with a bit of water was in the left hand corner of the car where the jack fits.
See pic below
Any thoughts guys
Cheers
