Checked the fuses?
Light does come on so prob. not a fuse
Could be a lose connection on the button, also check the connection of the heater treads on the window.

There is a filament repair kit. Seen it on eBay before and QVC, but can't find it at mo. Will find link and post up.

EDIT - Found it athttp://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_255229

You need to see if the heating wire is getting any voltage. Do you have a multi meter?

It could be a fuse. The switch powers a relay and doesnt actually supply the power to the screen. The switch/relay could work but the fuse for the power source may have blown.

Yep. Check fuses then after that the next bet is the relay in the fuse box - they do go.
