Re: EK9 Type-H
As mentioned having got the radiator in I then got busy creating further problems for myself…firstly connecting up the coolant hoses. The civic ones for the main part were slightly short or had the wrong bends in, so I got hold of a set of prelude radiator hoses to play about with…these were too long and while I could cut them down and make them work I decided I didn’t like the look of radiator hoses and even swapping over to silicone ones wasn’t going to remedy it…..so…..
Also managed to get hold of a spare coolant outlet (think it was from Merlin in the end who managed to get it to me very quickly – thanks!) and I rapidly set about preparing it and got it all welded together by a friend of a friend..
Much better…..
You can also see the S2000 clutch master cylinder and braided clutch line in this one that I missed getting a picture of when it was going in:
For those of you paying attention you will notice that I now have no way of filling up the coolant system, or a radiator cap to release pressure if needed - this was intentional….and I will post up the solution as soon as I get the pictures sorted out

Thanks for the comments
The pictures you can see the starter motor in make me shudder things like that are far from finished but the car is now nearly road ready. Had some fairly major issues one of which ended up with me swapping out the whole gearbox for another one not fun when you think you are almost done.....even worse if you discover that the gearbox was actually fine part way through! Oh well I guess I have a spare to rebuild with different ratios if I don't get along with the standard one
