it was interesting to see this car in the "flesh" i was impressed by the overall build quality - big solid, comfy, tech laden beast.
vtec engine is practically silent at idle, super smooth up the rev range and is rapid for such a big car - very nice 8-)

maybe i can get a chance to drive it next time :)

For F*cks Sake ...

Post by indigolemon » Thu May 24, 2018 7:45 pm

Driving home from work tonight, when a BMW Z4 two cars ahead on the motorway lost it's hard top. The van in front managed to mostly dodge it by using the slow lane of the motorway (2 lane job) but I was passing someone, and despite heavy braking, Elle took the fibreglass hardtop to the face :(

Mainly cosmetic damage, but it did trigger a safety feature and pop the bonnet up at the hinges. Sadly these units are like airbags, and cost a heckalot to replace :( Blergh. That is all ...

Aye, was a squeaky bum moment for sure! He stopped yeah, so got details and handed it all over to insurance. Just need to wait and see how this plays out - I just hope they fix it :?

As I've said elsewhere mate, gutted for you. :(

However, what's more concerning in the image are the biker's trousers....Is that Mr Tumble?...
