Rare fault, but has come up on a couple of ludes on here.
Great write up and useful pics of the pump being disassembled (also useful info on how to bled if you don't have the pukka Honda specialist tool ;) )

i have this fault currently on mine but seen as getting the pump out is a right pain i have opted to disconnet my pump for now
success is the ability to go from one failure to the next without any loss of enthusiasm :D :D
