You have an A8 fitted too then? I got close ratio box with the A8 and a superchipped ECU, would love to get it on a rolling road but must de-cat first.

Yup. 8-)
I kept the original 'box as I like the ratios, but went with a U2Q7 (ATR) LSD and lightened flywheel.
By default, you lose the speed dependent power steering, so it's heavier at slower speeds (though still assisted), but the feel is much improved IMHO :)

I did a bypass on the steering rack because there was lines from rack to the auto box. Steering is a lot heavier a slower speeds but you get a lot more feedback. As for gear box I acquired a M2P4, waiting for funds for light fly, its a must do mod, did it on my old red lude and the difference is epic. What ECU are you running?

It's not cheap, but in the scheme of things, when you think what you spend on all the other stuff, it's a small price to pay to get the best out of everything. I'm still so happy with my car, it feels every bit a lude (NA, high revving etc) but just has a jobby load more poke  It's the power delivery too though, smoother, more torque.
I really thought you'd seen my thread @bri, click the link in my sig and have a gander. 8-)

I have seen your thread but it was a while ago and I am consumed with the day to day stuff ATM. I will have a bloody good snoop at it and may pinch a few ideas from you because I would love that kind of power. As soon as I get myself back on the level I will start spending on cars again, Haven't had any spare money for soo long now. I am saving up for a pizza
