Sprrrrriiiiiiiiingggg!
Well it wasnt the release bearing. A spring form the clutch plate had come out and ripped a bit of metal out too. Looking at the clutch plate a further two spring were loose, one of which was very loose
Maybe a few too many high rpm gear changes


The old cltuch plate with the new ATR one. The Prelude and ATR pressure plates are the exact same.

No the flywheel was fine. The loose spring and bit of metal fell out of the other side inbetwen the clutch plate and pressure plate, so no contact with the flywheel
