Are you doing all the work yourself? I cant imagine it to be an easy job with the engine in the bay.

What may impact the length of time it takes is do you know what you are going to to about MAP sensor, how to re-route your old FITV and IACV coolant hoses, and any excess bits you can remove like IAB hoses and diaphragm etc....?

Without getting it tuned straight away the ECU will throw some codes, at least one anyway. EGR being the main one.

I run Continental Sport Contacts too, they are brilliant :D

Dont scrimp on tyres, they are the most important part of your car! I bought mine second hand on eBay with about half tread for the same as the cost of one new one fitted :lol:

Think ill just wait for the garage to do it
H-tune mailed me and have my new ecu so that's getting sent out with Hondatas300, planning on taking it to Henry Roy for the map

Yea I know but I don't want to pay a fortune when the Toyos at £70 a tyre are really good

Think the car will be going into storage for a few months now....Got an Audi A4 avant lined up for a daily driver :)
Local valet is offering a heated garage spot for £50 a month and i get access whenever i need it :D

and after buying an A6 i had to drive a 1.6 ford focus and ended up with a BMW ????
the audi went tits up blew, oil faults so they gave me a focus courtesy car, then the turbo and the engine seized on the audi, so the garage offered me another car BMW 318i Tourer SE
