Have we established what the clutch spigot bush is?
I'm thinking this is just the bush where the release arm goes through the case?
Does that need the gearbox out to do, or can you just separate the external arm from the pin and the replace the bush from above then re-attach the arm? That's normally how it works on most cars. No idea what a 5th gen/type S is like though.
Tried to check on lings, but you have to register now it seems...
(or am I barking up the wrong tree ad we have worked out what the spigot bush is and I've just completely failed to spot it in my speed-read of the post?)
