mcars_pl, where are you located in Poland? Do you still have a lot of Prelude bits available? I'm in Poland and wouldn't mind buying some parts (not a car, I already have a Lude). I've seen the beef in this thread and I don't know what to make of it personally.
Not being a Pole, but living here for long enough I can definitely attest to the deep-seated jealousy that a lot of Poles have for one another, especially those seen to have more than them. That said, there is a culture of churning out fixes of imported cars and selling them "as new" with no history attached to them.
I've bought a couple of imports like this, hit and miss really. I bought an EP3 Type R that I am certain was in a small frontal collision. Can I tell? Yes. Was it repaired well? Most definitely. I've also bought an '06 Peugeot 207 GTi that was imported, it's a terrible car though it likely left the factory like that!
Guess what I'm trying to say is, end the beef.

Not getting on anyones side here but if you made PTP easier to register to you may have helped this guy out. I tried registering a couple of days ago and my account still isn't active. I would've loved to have thrown the Lude I bought over on that forum but I still cannot log in. Apparently my account needs to be activated by an administrator.P4uk4 wrote:Too bad he registered at PTP after buying it, not before. So yeah. We just want to avoid that in future.
Still, if I threw the Lude I have. Would you be able to let me know if you guys have any history on it? I bought it primarily as a project with a H22A swap in it (which seems legitimate based on Serial Numbers on the block). But the guy was shady af to be quite honest. I bought despite that knowing full well I would have issues. I have a great, great GREAT Honda mechanic near Krakow (Morawica) that I trust 100% with both my Hondas and I'm an amateur mechanic myself. This lude will be repaired as best as possible, but knowing some history would be helpful.
