There are dyno charts and discussions on this all over honda tech, preludeonline and the like. From what's been discussed in those threads, Type S and AEM V2 tend to beat any of the other bolt-on air intake set ups (that doesn't include custom fabricated intakes).
But even then, the gains that you'd get from switching to Type S from Injen are so minimal that you probably won't even notice unless you're on the dyno everyday.
