In principle yep.
As long as the pump flows enough rate and pressure is a decent amount higher than 3 bar (within reason, you can't go too high an output pressure on the pump) it should be fine, so long as you make sure the pressure regulator is the right pressure rating (so it can throttle back the pressure if the pump you buy is much higher output pressure) and that the regulator has the right sort of regulator connection (i.e. if the injection system on that engine setup controls it with a vacuum line, which I expect it will, make sure it's one that accepts a vacuum line) :? I say that last bit not having a clue if car fuel pressure regulators these days use something other than vacuum, but I can well believe they do (electrical input from ecu) so just in case...

Hi
3-bar for a carburetor model, are you sure? Surely this one would be perfect - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UNIVERSAL-12V ... 233250d544

Just for thread completeness, nylon is fine.

No mate, it was carburettor but now it's having a fuel injected lump fitted. Otherwise the fuel lines would be ok as is :)
