As others have said - Turbo.
That's the cheapest way of getting good power out of an F20 lude and for getting more power than just dropping an H22 in.
bristol_bb4 has some turbo kit from his 4th gen H22 that might be suitable for your 5th gen F20? (obviously the manifold/downpipe would be no good, but engine bay ducting, intercooler, turbo etc.)
