ECL bulb blown???

Possibly, didnt think of that. im guessing it shoud light up and go out with the rest of them when the ignition goes on?

Yes it should. It will go out on priming when the main relay cuts out, the eml light should too. Its important to set the ecu in to learn mode otherwise it will keep compensating for every adjustment you make on the dizzy.
