Worth remembering that Main stream Turbo's are also cheap these days though, because volume has gone up so much (become very common place on engines).
Also this might be run out of old stock.
I would say have a look on the yank forums to see if there is anything noted about these kits, but the yanks generally think everything is crap unless it's the most expensive option possible, so that might not help
