Ok, Thanks for all the input.
local Honda Garage quotes:
Adjuster Comp. Balancer Belt/Balancer Timing Belt and Timing Belt is £232.00 inc vat ! Pump is quoted as £98.00 + vat!
Labour is £225 inc vat, which is ok as I don't have the facilities to do it myself.
Looking at alternative parts I have come across Blue Print, Gates, Motaquip, QH ( Quinton Hazel?), Continental and SKF. All are cheaper than the Honda dealer, whether as individual parts or as a kit.
If I go for quality over price I think QH/Continental and SKF are the ones to go for but am open to suggestions based on the forums experience!

Update on Cam belt change:
Due in to Swansway Honda next Thursday for annual service and cam belt and water pump change.
Quote for labour is still £225.00. Got a SKF Cam belt change kit for £88.00 on ebay from clickcarparts. Phoned them to check correct part for my car. Hope that works! Also got a QH OEM quality water pump for £56.54. ( saw same one on ebay for £20.00 less today! Doh!)
So if all goes well I will have saved nearly £400 on original Honda garage quote.
Just hope its ready for Japfest next week!!
My car : 1998 Honda prelude 2.2 black top Auto with 36k miles on clock. Will try and get some pics up sometime.
My plan is to try and keep it to OEM "plus" spec.
