H22a valve springs - dimensions/tolerance

Sure i saw this somewhere recently but cant find it

Ive got info on all other stuff so it just the free height and tolerance for the two exhaust and inlet springs

Just looking to check the valve springs that ive taken out of the H22a head
If anyone can help that would be appreciated

YES THATS IT!!!

so, in the light of new evidence, it is now clear that the springs with LEMON shaped wire are for INTAKE valves (they are shorter = 45,16mm (1.778in)) and on the other side the springs with EGG shaped wire are for EXHAUST valves (they are longer = 46,72mm (1.839in))

Is this info that's not in the oem service manual?
