'One day' I'll buy new front & rear mounts and poly fill one half of each so it's stronger under acceleration only. Unless someone wants to buy a load from the US and do a group buy

That is where they go, yep.
Don't know yet how much vibration they cause, will update here (or definitely on my profile thread) when they're fitted, which should be soon because the front mount is torn.

nb: When the front mount went on my UKDM not long after I bought the car, I also baulked at the price of new from Honda. I managed to buy a pattern part replacement OEM design front mount from a motor factors fairly easily (not one I knew, but was recommended by a Honda mechanic). It was somewhere in Welling Garden City and I ordered over the phone. I think since then I've enquired with JapMad and SQS Autofactors and they could also get them?
I can't remember the cost exactly, but I think it was around £60? That's been on there at least 6 years (but I think it's gone now).
That makes it a bit more affordable to stay with standard mounts!

or get a 2nd hand standard mount and use sikaflex to fill in the holes - ive done same a vtecmec suggested. cost would be £8 for a tube of sikaflex plus cost of 2nd hand mounts £10 each. ;) should keep you going until you can afford fancy ones from USA :)

I have the poly engine mounts and there's only a little vibration at idle.
Also, when we first got the Mrs aerodeck, Rich found one of the mounts was going so fitted a poly insert. You'd be pushed to know the difference TBH.

Out of interest how did you guys tell if your engine mount was gone? I mean it's really hard to see the rubber bit because of all the metalwork around it, especially the rear mount.

Without even looking under the bonnet, if you get juddering when you pull away sharply, that's a sure fire sign your front mount has gone.

Then you if you look at it from above with a torch when it's static, you can normally make out whether the cracks look through the rubber on each side.

If you want a bit more confirmation, stand over it while someone puts the clutch slightly in/out (with foot on the brake/handbrake on) and watch the movement to see if you can see the splits opening up at all.

They look good - appear to be oem mounts with stiffer poly inserts but theyre the same shape as the oem rubber inserts so really should be the best of both worlds - i doubt you will get any unwanted vibration with these ;)

I think they are all rubber, but use a harder compound than OEM. They do suspension bushes too.
