That's fantastic because I've been wanting to replace my slightly tired looking washers. I did make up some custom ones, but they didn't last long - http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/honda-p ... t8678.htmlMerlin wrote:The washers will be metal topped too unlike Honda ones.
They should be arriving tomorrow along with my replacement PSU - Corsair CX500M

I have ordered this one recently:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190793165193? ... 1423.l2649
It's cheaper now than it was. I paid around £22-23.

Yep, that's the same one I've bought, but it's cheaper on Amazon @ £16.37.Ailfenergy wrote:I have ordered this one recently:

Questions for @vanzep, @Merlin and whoever else who has fitted the BGA kit: did you bother using sealant too? Back in July 2010 when I resprayed my valve cover, I reused the old seals / gaskets and didn't bother with any sealant and it's been fine since. A few weeks ago, I checked and adjusted the valve clearances and it's been leaking like a sieve since. I removed it and applied sealant all the way around and it's still leaking.
