Lightweight flywheel's

Post by Thebusofwoe » Fri Feb 21, 2014 10:33 pm

Has anybody used the F1 racing light weight flywheel????

It's cheaper than the Fidanza one which is ?170 . Ordering some bits at payday so I can get this bloody motor in

Never heard of 'em?

Tegiwa aren't renowned for customer service btw.

EDIT: fact I've never heard of 'em shouldn't be taken as an opinion that I think that means they're no good! I have no idea on that :D
If the product's good, then Tegiwa service is a bit irrelevant, it's only if you'd be getting into their customer service.

Had one of their clutches which lasted the entire length of the test drive after it had been fitted. Supposedly good for 350bhp. Was told after I'd ordered it they were no good. I wouldn't use there stuff again! But that was a clutch and not a flywheel.

Thanks for the input chap. I will be going with a oem spec exeedy clutch kit with an oem Honda release bearing so will give the flywheel a go. :D

Accord type r oem exedy clutch I hope? Also wasn't the oem exedy slated for not being as good as expected?
236bhp and 170ft/lb stock

Personally I would just pay the extra wee bit of cash and get the Fidanza.
