Seized bolt on engine

My mechanic is changing cam, crank and oil balance shaft seals and water pump but cant get this bolt off, told me it's seized, is there anyway off getting it off, it's his first h22 timing belt and it's only bolt that's stopping him carry on :cry:

Found out I new a new oil pump housing too, costing me more than I wanted

You'll get it sorted. Fingers crossed he has a flameless induction tool as they are perfect for these jobs. If worst comes to the worst I think the adjuster bolt is threaded on both ends, it should screw out of the block.

He managed to get it off just fund out the oil pump needs sealing
