Fuel line

So I walk outside this morning a smell petrol after a fun search my fuel line just behind the rear wheel (feed line) has corroded through. Cleaning it up it's so bad it splits in 2 currently now has a hose stopping it from leaking so the question is what have people done fuel line wise or is it just me being the unfortunate one? .

Cut it out and replaced with flexible fuel hose.

Yep, no longer available unfortunately - so flexible hose is pretty much the only choice (unless you're lucky enough to be able to find a good used, or be able to get a fabrication shop able to custom replace/repair your old one).

Yeah I did try to find a new line with no luck unfortunately its snapped just after the push connector just before a coated part of the pipe so diffrent widths going to be a pain I think I have stopped it for now.

Hi,
I have the same problem with my prelude (I am currently restoring my 4 GEN Vtec)
the fuel lines directly at the tank are scruffy ....

these cables are no longer available from Honda ....

am grateful for any help!

I made new lines using AN fittings for the feed (high pressure). And hoses and clips for the return (low pressure). That was back in 2013 and it's been solid since.

I bought a pipe cutter, some fuel hose, jubilee clips and a Ford focus fuel filter which came with the correct size clips to fit into the standard fuel connectors.
I dremmeled the pipes off the focus fuel filter and cut my existing pipes back to good metal and connected it all together with the jubilee clips. Been good for over a year now.

This is the filter I used to harvest pipe ends and clips:

Hi I'm having the same issue. I've got hold of a adapter for the push fit plastic pipe so I don't have to adapt them. I'm have difficulty getting the female nut. I've got the new copper 5/16 pipe flaring kit and adapter. I'm wondering what you all came up with? Or had anyone just used normal compression nuts

I honestly don't know where you'd get the nut, but that part looks good, where did you get it from? go back to them they might have what you need. I'd quite like some myself, I couldn't find any like that when I was looking. Although the filter listed above will get you some new plastic clips, even if you don't want the pipes.
That being said, the way I described above has held fine for over a year.
If you had to you could cut the end off your pipes and use hose and jubilee clips.
